Back in France but without Internet

Hello everybody,

Everything went fine during the trip and in the way back to France. Only problem i changed my internet company so i won't have internet before the middle of september. I'm affraid that my blog will be in stand by for this period. I didn't get the perfect job that i was talking about... They just wanted to see my fucking face just in case.... Anyway i have another interview tomorrow so i hope that this one will be fine.

I hope that you are all doing fine.

I promise that i'll e-mail you the pictures that i promise as soon as i can plug my computer into the network.

Tout c'est bien passé lors de notre périble dans le nord est des etats unis et pour revenir en France. Malheureusement, j'ai changé de provider internet donc je n'aurai internet que milieu Septembre. Donc pendant cette période, je pense que mon blog sera en stand by.

Long time no article

i know i know it's been a while since i post a new article into my blog. So tonight i decided to put one, about what i don't know yet. I'll try t o write and see what is gonna be on it.

My actual mood for example!! That's weird, i've been waiting for so long to go back to my dear France and now that is coming soon i have different feeling. Sadness of leaving my american life, my american friend (the citizen of the big hunt and the lesbian crew). For sure, i have learned a lot with you guys.

- How to cook marshmallow in the fire, and if your marshmallow gets on fire do not shake your stick or you can burn your friend's jeans (MKD you know what i mean ;) ).
- Drink as much as you can your liver is always stronger than you think (the citizen of the big hunt)
- Make a choice if not somebody could make one for you that you won't be agree with (my ex-roomate)
- Be smily and nice and everybody will like you (the sweetest asian girl)
- Play and sing a song on your guitar and everybody will smile and say "oh, can you play wonderwall????" (Smily Kimmy)
- Who said that a girl can't use a saw??? fucking moron (my ex-roomate g/f)
- France won't win the final!!!! (smily kimmy g/f) ok you were right but that's your fault i'm sure of it
- You could definetly look like being irish just don't open your mouth or everybody will know that you are not (my ex-roomate mom)
- When are you starting your blog frenchman??? (all of you)
- When are you posting a new article??? (all of you again)

One thing for sure is that i'll never forget that year and a half spent here with you. And remember September 1st 2007, YOU ALL HAVE TO BE THERE to make a wedding party by the french way!!!!

Another feeling : Fear. Fear the my life back in France won't be the same as when i left. It will definetely not be the same, i changed, my friends probably changed. But at the end i hope that our friendship stayed the same. Fear to not find a job...

And last but not least, HAPPYNESS to see my fiancee again, my little sister, my nephew and everybody.

I had a great week end. It starts on Friday with some drinks in a bar (not the big hunt) with the citizen of the big hunt and my ex-roomate. This bar was nice, but have some incompetent waiters. When we say that communication is a key for business here is an exemple. We start to have some beers at the bar and few moments later we wanted to sit outside to have some fresh air and sun. Stupid DC laws the customers are not allowed to take their beers with them, a waiter has to take it for them. So, we talk to the barmaid telling him that we are going outside so if we can have our beers to follow. He said yes of course! (bullshit). The waiter arrive to give us the menu and ask for the drinks, MER (my ex-roomate) told him that we had two Sam Adams waiting for us at the bar so... And then the waiter come back with 2 new sam adams. French i am, i said to MER i don't want to pay for new beers we already paid for it. She was a little embarassed but after a moment accept that we had to say something, so they didn't charge us for the beers :p

Saturday, i went to the big hunt with his favourite citizen, his girlfriend and THE lesbians crew. In DC, it was the gay pride so everybody wanted to celebrate this holly day. We had a few drinks and once again i did a stupid movement!!! MER arrives at the bar and i wanted her to know that i was there (like if somebody could possibly miss a french guy sitting by himself into an american bar). Anyway, so i started to wave at her and i catched her attention, COOL but! i wanted to do i don't know what but my hand hurt the 3/4 pint beer that was on the table and guess where it goes? all in my jean's makes me look like i just wet in my pants!!! 2 Hours later fortunetly it was dry. We were all suppose to go to a club after that but the citizen of the big hunt wanted only ONE thing his BED (no he wasn't drunk!! okay he was). so we went to the irish place to have a last beer and go back home. Actually, i heard after, that nobody went to the club because it was to crowded, so we saved time :p

Donc, voici l'histoire du weekend dernier je n'avais pas eu le temps de faire la traduction avant sorry....

Tout a commence vendredi soir. J'avais rendez vous avec Marcella et Dan dans un autre bar que le Big Hunt notre habituel quartier general. On arrive, on boit quelques bierres assis au bar et la terasse ouvre donc nous voulions profite du soleil (quoi de plus normal!!!). Donc on demande au barman si on peut aller s'installer en terasse avec notre biere... Washington a une loi selon laquelle les clients n'ont pas le droit de prendre leur verre dehors mais que le serveur doit nous les amener...(c ca l'amerique). Donc on demande au barman de faire suivre nos bierres, jusque la pas de probleme. On s'asseoit. Le serveur arrive pour nous donner le menu et nous demandez ce que nous voulons boire. nous l'informons que nous avons 2 Sam Adams qui nous attendent au bar et il revient avec 2 nouvelles bierres. Je dit donc a Marcella qu'il faut lui dire car je ne voulais pas payer une nouvelle biere alors que l'on avait deja payer les notres. Au depart, elle me dit non c'est pas grave on les paye (ca doit etre un truc francais de toujours raler) enfin au bout de 5 minutes je suis arrive a la convaincre qu'il fallait dire quelque chose et nous avons eu les bierres gratuites!!!

Samedi, j'avais rendez vous avec Dan et sa copine Janine et le lesbienne crew (equipe) car c'etait la gay pride a Washington. Donc vu que Dan et moi ne voulions pas y aller, on s'est retrouve au Big Hunt apres... Me voila arrivee et seul. J'etais en avance, je commande une bierre et commence a la boire tout en fumant une cloppe. Au bout de 20 minutes je vois Marcella rentrer, vous connaissez mon cote maladroit voici un bon exemple. Voulant attirer l'attention de Marcella (des fois qu'elle puisse rater un francais assis tout seul a sa table lol) je commence donc a lui faire de grand signe (ca y est elle m'a vu) et la c'est le drame ma main heurte violement mon verre encore plein au 3/4... et bien sur tout arrive sur mon jean. je donc passe l'heure qui a suivi mouille et sans me lever car on aurai cru que je m'etai pisser dessus.
Ensuite nous devions tous aller en boite (lesbiennes) pour celebrer la gay pride youpi!! mais bon c'est une boite, il y a de la musique et mes amis sont la non? Mais au moment de bouger Dan me dit qu'il est trop raide et qu'il veut rentre chez lui, j'essaye de le convaincre (vous me connaissez) mais rien a faire. Il me propose un marche il me paye une bierre dans un pub irlandais et il prend le metro avec moi... Bon d'accord! De toute facon j'ai appris apres que personne n'y etait aller car la queue s'etendai sur tout le pate de maison!!

Ma famille Américaine / My american family

Les voila, Marcella et Denyse, voici les deux américaines qui ont été assez courageuses pour accueillir un francais fraichement debarqué. Je n'ai rien à redire elles sont vraiment sympa.

Here they are, Marcella and Denyse, they are the two brave americans that accept me as a roomate in their house. They are really cool.

The citizen of the Big Hunt / Le citoyen du Big Hunt

Depuis que je suis arrivé aux US, j'ai eu la chance de rencontrer des gens sympa avec qui je passe de bons moments.

Celui ci s'appelle Dan ou le citoyen du big hunt (bar ou l'on va tout le temps qui peut être considéré comme sa deuxieme maison). Il est aussi connu pour avoir touché les seins de Molly (que vous verrez plus tard) pendant une soirée lorsque Laure était là. Ca avait mal commencé car il était bourré et parlait à Laure d'un peu trop près mais en fait il est cool et trop marrant. On est sur de passer un bon moment à son quartier général.

Since i moved tu the US, i had the chance to meet some nice people. I have a good time with them.

This guy is one of them, this is Dan or the citizen of the Big Hunt (bar where he can be find when he is not working or at home). He is also known as the one that touch Molly's boobs (you'll see her later) during a party when Laure was here for the summer. It start pretty bad with because he was drunk and talked to Laure a little too close for me. But in fact he is really cool and funny. We always have a good time at his headquarter lol.

Ma famille spirituelle 2 / My spiritual family 2

Voila mon petit frère et ma petite soeur. Ces deux là s'adorent mais se battent tout le temps (normal pour un frère et une soeur lol). On se connait depuis un bail hein!! JB tu devais faire 1m20 le bras levés sur une chaise et Zaz tu n'arrivais pas encore a la hauteur du four mais tu préparait déja des gateaux.

Qu'aurais je fais sans vous deux?

Here is my brother and sister. Those two love each other but are fighting all the time (normal for brother and sister lol). We know us for a while!! JB you were 5 " on a chair, and you Zaz you were not as high as the hoven but you were already making cakes.

LA femme de ma vie / THE woman of my life

Voila c'est ma chérie à moi. Elle est belle hein? trop tard elle est deja prise... C'est bete :p .On est séparé pour le moment mais ce n'est que pour mieux se retrouver en Aout. Tu me manques... mais on y est presque.

Ps: la petite bestiole dans ses bras c'est notre petite fille Louloutte. Tu me manques aussi poupouile.

Here she is my love. She is cute hein? too late she is already engaged... We are far away from each other now but it's for having more pleasure when we gonna be together again. I miss her but it's almost over.

Ps: the small thing in her arms, it's our daughter Lola. I miss you too.

Laure and Elisa

Voila alors je vous présente les deux femmes les plus importantes dans ma vie (il y en a plus mais ne leur dites pas. Ok Louloutte, Virginie...). Mais ces deux là arrivent vraiment en tête de liste. Surtout la miss à droite de l'écran qui deviendra bientôt mon épouse comme beaucoup d'entre vous le savent déjà. A gauche vous verrez la plus adorable des petites soeurs que l'on puisse avoir. Je vous adore.

So here are the two most important women in my life (ok there is other but don't tell them ok ;) ). But those two arrive at the top of the list. Specialy the miss in the right that will become my wife next summer but you probably know it if you read this. On the left, this is the most adorable little sister that you can imagine having. I love you both...

Let this blog Begin! , Que ce blog commence!

Hi everybody,

OK, you were all talking about your blog so i decided to make one too (ok it took me a long time to start). Also, I have to apologize for all the mistakes that this blog will have!!!So where do i have to start!!
By a description of the future of this blog probably....
So, it will be the place where i'll put all my US experiences and also the preparation of the wedding. Like this, french people will be able to follow my trip in the US and american people will follow the preparation of the event.
